Personalized group and private fitness classes with an instructor who cares.
I accidentally became a fitness instructor 5ish years ago. What hooked me was the fact that I could connect deeply with many different types of people, laugh with them, and get stronger together. A good exercise class is like stand-up comedy, combat training, and getting a hug from Grandma, probably in that order.
Just ask my chair fitness students at the residential facility in Seattle: they literally moan and complain the whole time, but they keep coming back for more, and now they receive postcards from every place that I travel to.
They, like the rest of my students, know that fitness is WORK, but when you put the effort in, the load gets lighter.
On the mat and off.

I walked into Emily's yoga sculpt class sometime in 2019 having no idea what I was in for. Yoga, sure, I can hang. But suddenly we started jumping around and then there were weights and omg I was not ready for this level of fitness. But Emily made it totally fun, super accessible, and I was hooked. Fast forward a thousand years to 2020 and Emily's classes are more amazing than ever.
